What is Sheesham?
If you have never heard of Sheesham - prepare to be amazed! Sheesham is the State tree of Punjab, India, and its appearance can include a mix of rich colours. It can be polished to an incredible shine, and has fantastic practical properties too. Sheesham wood is durable and long-lasting, while still flexible enough to be made into all sorts of designs. We wouldn't be surprised if one of our Yarn Bowls became a treasured family heirloom!
